IDK what Adam uses exactly but from some info here and there I pick up that he is using some cheap-ish plan which doesn't allow for a lot of storage space and that's about it. Also there is no way to donate to Adam/Staffas that I know of so that one would have to get negotiated before you or anybody else can "pay" for the site hosting lol.

Very reasonable space limitation IMO. I'd go with even less, like about 30 MiB. Please don't upload long videos, IMO imageboards are not for that really. And nah a 10s vid shouldn't be that heavy either, it's reasonable for a 3-5min video (nobody is going to watch anything longer let's be real xD). Well maybe these are a bit too austere but you get the idea. Maybe Staffas could go into some branching directions but not the imageboard part.
